All services will be provided according to the service package chosen (Standard, Comprehensive, Project Management, Building Services, Consultation, or Custom).

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due as per the invoice terms, either upfront or on a staged milestone basis.Payments can be made through Stripe or bank transfer.Late payments will incur a 5% late fee per month.

4. Booking & Cancellation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email at [email protected] or by phone at +44 7792 777561.Cancellations made within 7 days of the booked service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the agreed contract value.

5. Maintenance and Support

Maintenance is included based on the chosen package (1 to 3 years).Additional support outside of package terms will be billed hourly at an agreed rate.

6. Liability

Kingdom Engineering Limited will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages.All work is carried out in compliance with UK regulations, but final inspections and certifications are the client's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documentation provided remain the intellectual property of Kingdom Engineering Limited until full payment is received.
